Whether my email has been read or not?
Do Hotmail have any option to establish whether an email has been opened by the recipient?

As far as I knew Hotmail could be set in Outlook, but not as POP3 and SMTP, but with a different service that brought (and still do not know if bringing) Outlook for special postal Hotmail (since they are both from Microsoft). Do not be like now, I say that this was at least a year ago.
