Am I required to have better armour before going to new Rise of Isengard areas?

Am I required to have better armour before going to new Rise of Isengard areas?
I hit level cap around a week before and haven't obtained any immense end-game gear yet. At present I am sporting hall warden armour and was thinking if there would be chance to get improved gear earlier than heading to Draigolach raid within new expansion or do I require to go back to Moria/Mirkwood and acquire some of high end gear there earlier than advancing further? I am just ready to finish up through Enedwaith and would like to obtain some of armour as of the 12 man raid within that area if I had time but seeing as how Isengard released in about a week, I am rather uncertain to squander time chasing subsequent to armour set which will soon be outdated.

According to me, if you are on lvl 65 then you will be good to go for that. Every end gear is outdated for a few levels.

My suggestion to you is not to try a new armour now. I am saying this because that do not worth for the time as you will replace all the thing, may be multiple times on the way to 75. You will not a lot of difficulty for going to first few levels through the moria gear.

As per the more mission packs as well as extensions, ROI is an account level securing. In this manner you will have confirmation to it despite which character(s) generally worlds you are playing on but they are all on the comparative record. I trust that this will encourage you to grasp the ting preferable.
