Rise of Immortals game crashing randomly

Rise of Immortals game crashing randomly
Installed the Rise of Immortals game on mine windows XP system and I have small issue on mine Rise of Immortals game. After installing the Rise of Immortals game I have launched the game and after that I have selected the server and then started playing. I have played till 10 minutes but after that mine game crashed to desktop and I don’t know how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Make sure you have updated everything on the system and after that let me know the issue. if your system not updated with the latest driver and DirectX then you will face this issue and so I would like to suggest you to make updated everything on your system and after that make sure your getting the issue or not. Even I have faced the issue and after that I have updated everything to solve this issue.

Make sure you have disabled the all third-party software like antivirus and firewall on your system because these all third-party software will conflict with the game while you’re playing and so it’s necessary to disabled the all third-party software on your system.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and after that I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the Rise of Immortals game and after that install it gain and then let me know the issue. To do this make click on the start icon and after that click on the control panel. Now on the control panel go to the add/remove program and under that make click on the Rise of Immortals game and after that select the uninstall. Now once you uninstalled the game and after that make use of registry cleaner and after that install the Rise of Immortals game again and after that let me know the issue.

Hello thanks for the solution and replies, I have solved mine issue by reinstalling the game and thanks once gain for the solution.
