How do you play with the legends

How do you play with the legends
I have unlocked all the legendary teams, but can't figure out how to put the legends on current teams or put current players on legend teams. Can you do this in season mode or just in Association mode?

First of all tell me which game are you talking about. Do mention the game name legends involved in which game? There are many games which involve legends.
