Getting Direct 3D error while playing Rise of Immortals
I have installed Rise of Immortals on the computer of mine. I am having a particular issue with this game. Well I am getting Direct 3D error while playing this particular game. I am not able to figure out whether is an issue with the game or hardware issue with the computer. Let me know if you are having any speculation on this particular matter. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well looking at the matter which you have stated over here I wanted to know about the DirectX diagnose an provide the same over here.
You should run the DXDIAG.EXE from the Start menu.
Now click on the Save all Information button.
You have to save the same with dxdiag.txt

Hey I have gone through the information which you have mentioned over here and I have found that the computer of yours is running with integrated graphics. I let you know that usually such kind of the graphics system will be able to run the low level but the issue might be occur when you are supposed to play the game with the high level of generation. So there might be need of upgrading of the new graphic card.

Many times I have seen that the issue which you have stated over here might get resolved because of the out of dated graphic card drivers as well as DirectX. Well now question is what to do? It really simple and you need to visit the official website of the graphic card manufacturer and look for the latest version of the graphic card drivers on the computer of yours. for DirectX you have to do same thing that is you should visit the official website and install the same on the computer of yours. make sure that you restarting the computer after installing the drivers and DirectX on the computer of yours.

I think you need to reinstall the game on the computer of yours and see whether it is working or not.

Well I am highly suspecting that there could be bug issue with the game itself. I recommend that you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them. The developer of the game will work on the same and release a patch which you should download and install to fix the issue which you are getting.
