Assassin's creed Brotherhood CDKEY not working second time

th in the meantime I formatted my computer. And today when I tried to reinstall the game again and try to hook up to the my account he ask me to copy my CD-Key is already in use I don't feel that I still have my receipt I don’t know what should I do can anyone can assist me regarding this problem is there is a way to solve it or I must buy the game again

This should not happen may be you are doing something wrong just follows the installation process properly then you will b fine even I had reinstalled several time

This typically happens when you are logging in with an account specifically different from what was initially used to activate the game. And the solution for that is you can launch us a support ticket which contain the cd-key and they will be search your account and will inform you about the same and you will be fine with using the game again
