Fail to receive email via Steam Guard
Hello I have installed the windows XP operating system on mine system and everything on the system working fine without any issue but I have small issue on mine steam Guard. From last some days I am not able to receive any mail from Steam guard. Always says that they just sent me the code to my hotmail e-mail which I have verified already. Main issue is that I dint sent me a single e-mail. Now I don’t what to do and how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Hello I have faced the same issue on mine steam guard as well and I have hotmail account and hotmail address verified but received no email and after that I have changed mine mail from hotmail to Gmail and after that I have got the message from the steam Guard with the code for authorize the computer. So therefore I would like to suggest you this and after that let me know the issue.

Make sure you’re using the right email and login on your steam Guard and after that I would also suggest you to check the Spam and Junk folder. I hope this will help you.

Hell thanks for the replies and I have checked the all inbox, spam, and every other folder but I dint got the any steam guard message. I have tried the every solution to solve this issue but nothing have been worked me to solve mine issue, now I don’t what to do and how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Ok just try to follow the below steps and after that you can solve your issue. To do this you need to go through the below steps: first login with the Hotmail and after that make click on the option button at top right corner. Now on the options make click on the Safe and blocked senders and under that make click on the safe sender. Now on the safe sender add support steam email as safe sender and after that Login to steam to re-send access code / retrieve lost account. Now once you done and then try to check your account. I hope this will help you to solve this issue.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and after that I think there something wrong with your steam Guard and so therefore I would like to suggest you to make contact with the steam support and after that go through your issue and they will solve you issue.
