Computer shutdown while playing A Game of Thrones: Genesis
After the game loads up and start playing really about 2-5 minutes later my whole computer just turns off. This started after changing the screen resolution of 1024x768. It also has a dive on the screen can not see what is happening on the map.

First of all make sure you have latest game version from the main menu. The latest version game 1.1.0.0.2. just follow the below steps and after that make sure your getting the issue or not. To do this make click on the start and after click on the documents. Now on the documents locate to the Agot and after that delete the Agot folder. By removing the Agot folder your game will reset and after that try to launch the game. Now you will get the message for the graphics settings while launching and after that click on the yes and then set the graphics settings to low if you use the Intel HD graphics controller.

I have seen lot of people facing the same issue who have Intel HD graphics controller. To solve this issue first of all make sure you have updated the Intel HD graphics controller latest driver on your system and if you not updated then I would like to suggest you to update the latest Intel HD graphics controller driver.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and after that I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the A Game of Thrones: Genesis game and after that install it again. Even I have faced the issue and after that I have just reinstalled the A Game of Thrones: Genesis game and after that I have solved mine issue. if his solution also doesn’t work then I think you must contact with the support and after that go through your issue and they will solve your issue.

Hello I have solved mine issue by reinstalling the game. Thanks once again for the all solution. But I have still have some issue on game after reinstalling as well like mine game freezing in-between the gameplay. Can anyone help on this? Thanks in advance.
