I'm having trouble with the buffer
Greetings to everyone.
It happens that when I try to watch a movie in any format directly from the Internet without downloading the file to my computer, the buffer falls short. That is, when I try to see a small film of pages "youtube" by reading the pieces. I have to wait for buffer load to see another piece and then another and another and so on. Itl happens if I try to listen to a radio station or any other country song. Somebody knows how I fix this? We need to buy a video card? If so, that must have characteristics? One of 128mb would be nice? And if a sound card, how they should be the characteristics of this card?
Thanks in advance.

I think that is by your Internet connection.

Indeed, it is the Internet connection. You do not have a sufficient bandwidth to view the video in real time.
The only solution is to recruit more speed.
Greetings.

My connection is dial-up and is always between 40 and 50Kbps. But know another way to increase the storage buffer?
Thank you.

There are none.
The problem is the download speed is lower than that of reproduction and therefore to reproduce, continually reaches the point that has not yet downloaded and unloading stops until the next piece.
