Hey Guys,
I'm using Firefox as my web browser on my pc. I would like to know that where would i find the streaming videos stored in Firefox. I know that in Internet Explorer, we can find it out from temporary folder, but doesn't know where to find in Firefox. Can any body tell me that where can i find streaming videos stored in Firefox? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the solution for the above issue.
Thanks.

Re: Where can i find streaming videos stored in Firefox
In Firefox, you can find the streaming videos, but you need to go to the following folder for that:-
Quote:
C:\Documents and Settings\
Then try to scroll down to the bottom and try to see for the named like 8E1EC419d01 on your system. It has a very few MBs in size and then try to copy them to a different folder. Ignore the files which are named like _CACHE_XXX_. Then rename that particular files with a .FLV extensionand then try to play them with a player which can support your FLVs playback.

In your Firefox, type "about:cache" in the address bar. The cache location will be there at the bottom. That's it.

Re: Where can i find streaming videos stored in Firefox
Whether it is firefox, Internet Explorer or other browsers your temporary files (media and other) from online activity can generally be found in the following location:C:\Documents and Settings\''Your user name here without quotes''\Local Settings\Temp
If you are searching for a flash file it will display as *.Tmp, as an example - fla09.Tmp. Once flash video completely download yo can use a software to copy the file, remane extension to *.Flv and watch in a player supporting flv.
Note: When you close your browser these files usually delete themselves.
