Player / DVD non detectable

Player / DVD non detectable
Good evening,

I have the following problem:

My player and DVD burner is not detected in the workstation!

The player is ejected well and I can insert cd , in my opinion, I have to regulate something in the BIOs where's something like that/

Please help me, I do not find the solution

Start> right click workstation> manage> disc manager
