No DirectX 9 for Renegade Ops
I read few articles related to these video games and most of the articles mention that there is not any new version of this games present on the DirectX 9. They mention that the entire new version has been come on the DirectX 10. Then please help me to know the basic reason behind this issue. Any think would be appreciating.

If true, the news will no doubt come as a great disappointment to those with using a DirectX 9. Many of the system has already holds the DirectX 9 features and hence there is mostly system need the DX 10 or above features necessary to do this game installation task.

If the game not supports the DX 9 then it is good news for me. I use this game on my system and it will be work to do this task. The DX9 will not be suitable to provide an high feature based requirement of the games. Then I personally think that this is the best decision and it will be really helpful to improve the performance of this game.

I think there is not any big thing happen with this game. If the game is only suitable for DX10or DX 11, then you can use an upgrade policy to fix this problem. After performing this upgrade process, it works to install this game on your system. Try this and see what happen onto it.
