Mass Effect 3 Promo Content form 7 Barnes and Noble
so here is the deal I have just bmight have to the Art of Mass Effect at the Barnes and Noble website and seeing couple of my friend also did the same however not one of use here got any mail that contains the promotional DLC. I am really worried about this , is it they are waiting for the codes until the book ships or else if something gone wrong and should we talk to customer support I mean perhaps they can do something about that . please guys I really need your help .

Hey well here is my experience Received my book on Feb 12 simply got my dlc code yesterdays. I ordered a pair of book and just got one code. Spoke to client service and that they said I might have to get a pair of codes, despite it had been one order, and if i do not get it by the seventh, to decision once more. Did not assume and input code - got the "not recognized message" however since dens appear to be progressing to fix everything, not worried.

As far as I know the retailers do not sent promo codes till you're charged item is processed and shipped). If they did not try this folks would pre-order, get codes, then simply cancel before being charged. No idea. i'd wait till it ships before panicking, if it does not then ring up client services. as well is that we going to get this content if we purchase it from the bioware store just I've ordered the clamshell version. Is it exclusive to Barnes and noble?

I also pre order the collector's from Origin in January. I had to cancel my collectors order from june since i moved and build a brand new order. I preordered the regular edition ] from Gamestop, got the art book, and i am debating about the action figures pending on what precisely the DLC is.

What I feel is you should contact and give the inform your GameStop of transferring your Pre-order. they'll mail your copy to the new Store, you'll access it once launch, or if you are lucky somebody can cancel and they will place you on the list. Had to speak to different store managers.

I had ordered my book, it came to me broken, i asked them regarding the code and a replacement they didn’t apprehend i got a another book, damaged, took them to the shop, the one within the store was broken and that they still didn’t realize the codes. Thus yeah i simply got my a refund.

I am shocked by this move. Not just we do not have a Barnes and Noble to pre-order, we've a Chapters Indigo and that we do not have this promotion. Whoever is accountable of selling might have to to be fired for this call. There goes any probability of a Bioware fan collecting all the DLC. Honestly will anyone in promoting or promotions took time to assume and examine it from totally different views. I notice fault in EA and Bioware's promoting and to assume Bioware started in Canada.

Well I just activated my BN code using the Origin "Redeem Product Key" option , as a Effect of this web site did not work. it had been activated as "Barnes and Noble Promotional Content" or one thing, however it does not show up anywhere... perhaps as a Effect of the rifle is already a part of the sport and simply wants activation for an account to be ready to use it. which suggests it has been redeemed. They merely haven't place in code so the forum software is aware of what to show, thus it spits out a default string. The Kingdoms of Amalur stuff did not show up immediately either. Nor did early MP access. folks still got each, and each as well currently seem within the entitlements list.
