I cannot start Internet

I cannot start Internet
I have the xp installed with multiple user accounts. one of them when I

open the explorer I get this:

Runtime Error!
Program: C: \ \ Program Files \ \ Internet Explorer \ iexplore.exe

abnormal program termination.

And do not let me go on the internet. I'm lost, just passed is one of three user accounts. As we can fix?

Perhaps it is that this user has restricted the use of explorer. Look to see the properties and accesses that user to see if you see something weird.

But you can do two things very simple, delete that user and creates another again, or install a browser other than explorer to see if the problem is explorer or your user.
