Google Chrome installation Error 101
Hi, when installing I get an error 101,
Code:
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error.
What does that mean? How do I fix this? I am unable to use Google Chrome.
help me.

I have the same problem, Apparently there is no known solution. I think that Google just needs to make a full installer that you download, like what Firefox and pretty much every other browser uses.

Usually this happens when the installer fails to create a temporary directory to extract installer contents. Can you check your read/write permissions on your %TEMP% directory to allow this? To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to Start > Run
2. Type %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings and click OK.
3. Right-click the Temp folder.
4. Locate the Security tab and ensure that Read and Write permissions are not denied. Adjust settings as necessary.
5. Click Apply and then OK.

I tried the above, but all of the options are allowed and still the gmail is not oppening giving the error 101 what can I do else?

If you have AVG LinkScanner installed in your pc. you need to disable it. it will make any browser not work properly.
