Re: Enabling Javascript for Hotmail
If this error occurs in Hotmail than its definitely Java error. if you have an anti-virus program or a firewall, please make sure that Active Scripting, ActiveX, and Java are enabled. Additionally i would like to say that there is no way to by pass the java script the best thing to do is to update your pc with the latest java. You can also try to fix this with command prompt. Open command prompt and type regsvr32 msxml3.dll and press Enter. This will re-registere the dll file and you will regain full access to all functions.

I think to fix this error you need to optimize your Internet Explorer. To do so, go through this simple steps:-
Open Internet Explorer.
Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.
In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.
Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons check box, and then click OK.

Also to reset security settings for Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click Reset all zones to default level, and then click OK.

Re: Enabling Javascript for Hotmail
There is no reference to JavaScript anywhere in Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser, only to Java. IE's default type of JavaScript is, in fact, a Windows' ActiveX control and, accordingly, is called Active Scripting, not JavaScript. To enable Javascript in your Internet Explorer follow this steps:-
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level.
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
Click Custom Level.
In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
