Connection of 20Mb is slow
Hello

I have a problem with my connection that is that I have contracted with 20Mb to a company and direct discharges I will only 200KB, hopefully to 300KB. I think it should have a speed of at least 500-800KB or 1MB.
Company people tell me that I have malware and why I have low speed, but the system is newly installed on HD formatted. have an antivirus, firewall and windows that also have a router firewall. But I have noticed that when shut down the router and then plug always changing speeds, most of the time improvement (not much, until 100KB). So I think that the router could be defective and be at the root of the problem.

And another thing, just remove the cable ADSL router and then to put it again.

The direct downloading does not depend on your ability to drop but also that of the servers where the files are. The best thing that made some serious test of speed.

It was perfectly well that depends on servers and also depends on other factors that can influence the connection, but even so I think the mine is too slow.
