VirtualBox 2.2 Beta 1 for Linux Guests add

Sun released the day before yesterday at the open source virtual
machine software VirtualBox 2.2 Beta 1 for testing of its users. As a
major update, the version for the U.S. brought some exciting new
features, including the long-awaited Linux guests in support of the
OpenGL 3d accelerated.

VirtualBox 2.2 Beta 1 at adding new features include:

Supported import / export OVF (Open Virtualization Format) appliance
Host-only network model
Optimize Hypervisor
The newly created virtual machine is enabled by default when
VT-x/AMD-V and USB (OHCI & EHCI) (Qt GUI only)
OpenSolaris hosts for experimental USB support
For Solaris and OpenSolaris guests shared folder support
For Linux guests in support of the OpenGL 3d accelerated
For OS X 10.6 hosts running on 64-bit and 32-bit kernel support
for the experimental
Furthermore, VirtualBox 2.2 Beta 1 also fixes a lot of bug.
