How to update Safari web browser in Mac OS X v10.3

How to update Safari web browser in Mac OS X v10.3 I have installed the Mac OS X v10.3 and I am not able to update safari or any other browser. I have tried the lots steps to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. Along with this I have also fond I am not able to work with browser, so is there any way to updated Safari web browser in Mac OS X v10.3. Thanks in advance… i have seen this issue with lots of user using Mac OS X v10.3 operating system, is this bug of Mac OS X v10.3 operating system ?
