The problem that your browser skips audio at certain point of time is may be due to the issue related to the web browser that is Opera. You need to reinstall the application by uninstalling it again. Go to the start menu and then open the control panel. Now after that choose the opera application file that may be listed in the window. Then Click on remove. After it is been done. Restart the system and then install the fresh copy of it.

Basically it also depends on the type of internet connection that is been provided. It needs to be completely maintained that is the bandwidth been provided should be stable and has to be good speed. If the bandwidth is not been provided with better speed it leads to such issues. Sometimes it is possible that the video may get disabled and many such issues does occur.

Try to use some other browser and then check whether it gives the same problem. It may be that the browser has some issues related and hence you are getting such weird signs. Try using Mozilla Firefox latest version or use 3.5.7 version. This should help you out in figuring the exact problem. It should not then make any such cases to be not sorted.
