Sharing files on Linux computers

Sharing files on Linux computers
Hi,, i am a Ubuntu 9.04 user. I have some computer at my home and across my friends circle with the same OS. What i need is to share files and folders on these computers. Not just sharing but also sync every folders and files. Could you guys have some suggestion how can i do this easily?

The best suggestion i have for you is Ubuntu One. With Ubuntu One, tou can Sync your files, share your work with others or work remotely, all with your Ubuntu computer and other people that run Ubuntu Linux.To continue with Ubuntu One, you need to sign in to Launchpad.Launchpad is the central point where we gather all sorts of interactions around Ubuntu, Canonical and free software generally.

You can use your Launchpad account to report bugs, to find or contribute translations and to find specs. Once you've been invited to use Ubuntu One, you can decide if you'd like to subscribe to the free plan or the paid plan.System Requirements for Ubuntu One:
Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope and above.
Firefox or a similar standards-compliant web browser.
Broadband Internet connection

This is what i also needed from long time as i am also a Ubuntu user.And fortunately above 9.04 version. I heard about Ubuntu one but not in such a details what i got from here. Thanks for sharing this buddy. Its goona help me !!
