Accelerate and stabilize Internet Explorer 8
I tried to apply the plug on this site about how to stabilize IE 8. Unfortunately, without success since it entered

actxprxy.dll regsvr32 command and press the Enter key, a box appears with the following message:

"Actwprxy.dll The module was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005. For more information about this problem, search online using the error code as term seek. "

Would someone kindly guide me to resolve this concern and make the stabilization of IE8?

Start / All Programs / Accessories
Right-click Command Prompt / Run as administrator
And to avoid errors before you copy / paste regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

IE8 is very stable and is a marvel of speed ,,you do this, you are under XP:
Close all Internet Explorer windows open.
Click the Start button and then click Run (in XP).
Type the command cmd and press Enter.
In the command prompt window that opens, type the command regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and press the Enter key.
Click Ok.
Close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer. Your problems with slow IE8 should have disappeared!

But I'm not in XP, but under Vista Home Basic. IE8 has been downloaded from the official website, in its current version (not beta).
